10/30/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved Behavior: QMHPA greeted Chevelle upon arrival to the home setting. Upon arrival to the home setting, Chevelle appeared to be in a foul mood while discussing with QMHPA about her recent argument that took place between her mother and her when it came to her asking her to assist her with her apartment. QMHPA explained to Chevelle that she cannot get upset with her family members when they indicate to committing to something and then they do not after asking. Intervention: QMHPA begin session by inquiring about Chevelle's emotional well-being. QMHPA initiated session with Chevelle to assist her with dealing with healthy physical outlets. QMHPA began the session by asking Chevelle to discuss or identify the leading cause and/or triggers to her depressive symptoms causing her feel as though she has some health concerns. QMHPA educated Chevelle on how she should seek medical attention immediately as opposed to her just allowing the pain in her head to continue. QMHPA discussed with Chevelle as well as modeled appropriate ways to communicate with her family members and those that she comes in contact with. Response: Chevelle appeared to be receptive to QMHPAsâ interventions and services that were provided to her by QMHPA. While exploring Chevelleâs current emotional state, she indicated to QMHPA she was in a positive mood. Chevelle shared that she had gotten into an argument with one of her family members because she felt as though she was making it out to be nothing but cancer runs in their family. Chevelle stated âthat is why a lot of times I rather just be in my house away from them. They are so damn sensitive and do not want you to say anything to them. I donât have any one to be there for me. Chevelle communicated that she would try her best to limit confusion and conflict at this time. Plan: QMHPA will continue to assist Chevelle with understanding resources that are available to her to assist with her meeting her everyday mental heath needs.
